DASH CONSULTING GROUP
Terms of Use
Scope
Effective October 16, 2026. These terms apply to dashconsultinggroup.com, operated by Dash Consulting Group. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree, please discontinue use. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
These website terms do not replace a signed client agreement, statement of work, or terms disclosed and accepted when booking or purchasing a service. Those specific terms control the relevant engagement if there is a conflict.
Website use and inquiries
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or use forms for spam. You must have authority to provide business information and materials you submit.
An inquiry, consultation request, or proposal discussion does not by itself create a client relationship or reserve project capacity. Service scope, schedule, deliverables, fees, approvals, and responsibilities must be confirmed in the applicable agreement or booking terms.
Bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds
Prices, payment schedules, cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, and refund eligibility are governed by the terms presented for the specific service, workshop, or booking and any client agreement. Website workshop previews do not guarantee a scheduled event or open registration.
If cancellation or refund terms are not shown before purchase, contact us for written clarification before paying. These website terms do not impose a blanket nonrefundable policy or remove refund rights provided by law. No additional fee or cancellation restriction is created by this page.
Intellectual property
Our original website text, layouts, branding, and educational materials are owned by Dash Consulting Group or used under appropriate rights, subject to applicable law. Third-party trademarks and assets remain their owners’ property. You may view the site and use its general information for your own internal planning; this does not grant permission to republish, sell, distribute, or present our materials as your own. Other uses require permission unless an applicable legal exception allows them.
Ownership and licensing of commissioned websites, logos, brand assets, prompts, training materials, and other client deliverables are determined by the relevant written agreement. AI-generated material may be subject to platform restrictions, third-party rights, and limits on copyright protection; exclusivity is not implied by website descriptions.
Educational content, AI, and results
Website articles and workshop descriptions provide general educational information, not individualized legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Review AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, suitability, privacy, and third-party rights before use.
Marketing outcomes depend on factors including your offer, market, budget, implementation, and customer decisions. We do not promise a particular revenue amount, search ranking, lead volume, audience size, or return on investment through this website.
Concept visuals and AI-assisted imagery may illustrate possible creative directions. They are not evidence of a client engagement, testimonial, or achieved result unless expressly identified as such.
Third-party services
Moxie, TidyCal, and other linked providers operate their own platforms under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or all aspects of their interfaces. Contact us if a link or booking process prevents you from accessing our services.
Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. We may correct or update website information.
To the extent permitted by law, Dash Consulting Group is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its general educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or changes liability provisions in a separate client agreement.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter accepted client agreements or purchase terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
