DASH CONSULTING GROUP
Privacy Policy
Scope and contact
Effective October 16, 2026. This policy describes information handled through dashconsultinggroup.com and related inquiries and bookings. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Dash Consulting Group, United States.
Contact Dash Consulting Group at ashley@drashleydash.com. For privacy requests, use the subject “Privacy request.” For access assistance, use “Website accessibility.” Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information by email.
Information we receive
When you contact us, complete an intake form, book a consultation, or purchase a service, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business details, project goals, scheduling information, correspondence, and transaction status. The information requested depends on the service and the fields displayed when you submit it. Please provide only information needed for your inquiry.
Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs when you use their services.
How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, assess project fit, prepare proposals, schedule and deliver services, communicate about your engagement, administer transactions, maintain records, protect our website, and meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to unrelated promotional messages. If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the message’s instructions or contact us.
Moxie, TidyCal, and other providers
Our project intake link opens a form hosted by Moxie. Our consultation link opens TidyCal. Information you submit is handled through those services and shared with us as part of your inquiry or booking. Their own privacy notices and terms also apply to their platforms, including any cookies, integrations, or payment tools they use. Review those notices before submitting information.
We may disclose relevant information to providers supporting hosting, communication, scheduling, customer management, payment processing, and service delivery; when required by law; to protect rights and security; or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Full payment card details should be entered only through the designated payment provider, not our inquiry messages.
Cookies and tracking
The current website code does not install advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or browser storage for marketing. Hosting infrastructure may use technical mechanisms for delivery and security. External Moxie and TidyCal pages may use their own cookies and similar technologies. Browser settings can help you manage cookies on those services. If we add optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide choices or consent where required before using it.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, taking account of active inquiries, client relationships, recordkeeping duties, disputes, and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and purpose; this policy does not establish a single retention period for all records. You may contact us to request deletion or information about a specific record.
No website, email system, or provider can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including confidential client data or sensitive personal information in initial inquiries.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or ask us to stop optional marketing. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may also have rights to a portable copy, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, an appeal, or a complaint to your local data protection authority. California residents may have additional rights, including rights concerning sale or sharing, where the CCPA applies. Exercising a right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Send requests to ashley@drashleydash.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and authority. Applicable exceptions may require us to keep certain records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Where European or UK data protection law applies, relevant processing grounds may include responding to pre-contract requests or performing a contract, legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, legal obligations, and consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
International processing
We operate in the United States. Using our website or external service providers may involve processing in the United States or other countries with different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply; using the site alone does not waive your rights or replace a required transfer mechanism.
Children’s privacy
This website and its business services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. Please do not submit children’s information through the intake form.
Updates
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
